The process for seeking support is simple enough:

1) Send in your business plan/executive summary.

2) We will assess investor readiness.

3) If it passes our first inspection and our members are interested you will be invited to present to the board.

4) Our members will make an in principle investment decision.

5) Following a 7 day cooling off period we aim to have a signed Heads of Terms within 28 days.

6) Our due diligence process begins.

7) We aim for deal completion within 90-100 days.

We expect your plan to be well laid out and comprehensive. In your executive summary you should ensure that you have concise information on your:

1) Product(s) or services.

2) Management Team.

3) Summary Financials.

4) Competition, risks and route to market.

5) Investment requirement.

6) Exit options.
